Kristin joined Fire Safety Services in 2010.

In most cases, Kristin is the first point of contact for our customers. She answers the phones and manages all work orders and customer databases including service due dates and files.

In addition, Kristin is responsible for managing purchase orders, A/R, A/P, Payroll and overall customer service and satisfaction.

The reality is, the true list of all the great things Kristin does for our operations is much too long to list here

If you have a question or need answers, Kristin is your go to person!


 Name: Daniel Cooper

Title: Sr. Fire Suppression Specialist

Experience: 17 years

Daniel joined Fire Safety Services by way of Atlanta, GA. and brings over 17 years of valuable experience in the Fire Suppression industry.

From design, installation, service and maintenance, Daniel is our foremost authority to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of professional service for their fire protection systems.

Daniel is responsible for all day to day operations, scheduling, parts and fleet management, and technical support for the service division at Fire Safety Services.

A big job to be sure, but we are confident that all our customers will agree, that Daniel is the man for the job! Responsive, professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with are just some of the words we have heard to describe Daniel.


 Name: Max Techmanski

Title: Shop Manager

Experience: 4 years

Running a busy cylinder shop and hydrostatic testing facility is no easy task, but Max is the man for the job!

As the man in charge, Max is responsible for all day to day operations for cylinder testing, service, and recharging.

Parts inventory, customer management and work flow organization are just a few of the critical task Max must manage on a daily basis.

Highly skilled in his profession, Max also delivers a very high level of customer service that you can count on!

Title: Service Technician

Experience: 15 Years

Jim brings to the table an unmatched desire to work hard for our customers.

Always on time, and on point to deliver high quality service in the area of fire suppression and portable fire extinguishers.

Experience: 3 years

Title: Shop Service Technician

Experience: 11 years

Steady, smooth and accurate are just a few of the words to describe the value that Chris brings to Fire Safety Services.

As an expert in all types of fire extinguishers, Chris is responsible for virtually all service, testing and recharging of our customers fire extinguishers in the shop.

Attention to detail and a passion for doing the job right is what you can count on from Chris!


Name: Randy Boshart

Title: Shop Service Technician

Experience: 38 years

Randy is the "old timer" if you will here at Fire Safety Services.

With a heart of gold and a mind filled with decades of experience and knowledge, Randy is an expert in the area of low and high pressure hydrostatic testing per USDOT Standards.

Known in that State of Colorado by virtually everyone in the fire protection industry, Randy delivers not only great friendly service, but a story or two worth a listen.


 Name: LeAnn Bursey

Title: Service Coordinator/Account Representative

Experience: 15 Years

LeAnn is our designated Service Coordinator, and with her pleasant voice and desire to meet our customers needs, she is the go-to point of contact for all job scheduling and coordination for the services performed at customer locations. 

In addition to her Service Coordinator role, LeAnn was chosen to lead the emergency equipment division of Fire Safety Services.

Specializing in emergency equipment, supplies and service for the fire service industry is LeAnn's passion and expertise.

From badges and bunker gear to fire hose and pumpers and everything in between, LeAnn strives to deliver the best customer service, and pricing available in the industry.

And if we don't have it, LeAnn will find it for you!

Title: Account Representative

Experience: 35 years

Bob is the original owner and founder of SSI Emergency Equipment.

Looking ahead to retirement, Bob joined Fire Safety Services to continue to provide his extensive knowledge and experience to our staff and customers in the area of emergency equipment and supplies for the fire service industry.
